A B O U T
All products are handmade and home made by me (Emily!). I am a mumma of 3, who are my inspiration for creating these bath bombs. My sons love all little figurines, such as Ooshies and Dinosaurs plus he can't get enough of surprise eggs and blind bag toys. Putting these together with something fun, colourful and creative, I immediately became hooked on making and creating bath bombs and products!
I choose each ingredient carefully, ensuring they are safe for little people's skin, as well as keeping in mind my daughter likes to take a big sip of the water from time to time. (Though definitely do not recommend to drink, it smells delicious but tastes nasty!)

💜 Sodium Bicarbonate (Bicarb Soda/Baking Soda) - This is the main ingredient, same stuff you find at Coles and bake cakes with. It is one of those ingredients that have millions of uses. In the bath it is great for soothing itchy skin and buffers lactic acids that build up in muscles.
💚 Citric Acid - Another ingredient that can be found at Coles and bake a cake with. Citric acid makes the bath bombs fizz!
💙 Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salts) - Bathing with Epsom salts has many great benefits some of those are easing stress, promoting restful sleep, relieves inflammation and pain.
💛 Kaolinite (Kaolin Clay)- A natural clay. Helps to harden and keep the structural integrity of the bath bomb. Kaolin Clay is also a natural cleanser, soothes skin and helps detoxify.
❤️ Cream of Tartar - Another ingredient to help the bath bomb harden and bake more cakes!
💜 Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSA) - Different to SLS, this ingredient makes the bubbles! Naturally derived from coconut, a much milder and safer alternative to SLS.
💚 Sweet Almond Oil - Made from edible almonds, a natural oil to moisturise and soften skin. Helps to bind ingredients in bath bombs and stop it from cracking.
💙 Polysorbate 80 - An emulsifier that is used in foods, vitamins, medicines and vaccines. Used to disperse fragrance, colour and oils. Also helps to stop the colour from staining.
💛 Fragrance - Mostly synthetic but some natural scents are used. All are perfectly safe and used in very small amounts.
❤️ Mica Colours - A type of natural occurring mineral. Purified and crushed, coated with a FD&C colourant or pigment.
💜 Cosmetic Glitter - Different to typical craft glitter. Doesn't contain metal and is safe to be used in cosmetics close to your eyes.
💚 Dyes - highly concentrated water soluble dye. Non-toxic and safe to be used in cosmetics. Only teeny amount needs to be used.
